Local-first by design
Nichessities prefers utilities that can do their work in your browser without sending your inputs to a server. No account is required. Each utility will explain its actual data handling so you can understand what stays local and what, if anything, leaves your device.
Browser-based storage
Some utilities may use browser storage to remember your progress on your device. For example, the Wedding All-In Cost Planner automatically saves plan details in local browser storage and does not upload or synchronize them. You can also download or import an NWP backup through an action you choose. Clearing your browser data may remove locally saved information.
Information Nichessities does not sell
Nichessities does not sell personal information. The current platform has no accounts, analytics, contact-form processing, or nonessential cookies.
Newsletter privacy
The newsletter is only a placeholder today, and Nichessities is not collecting email addresses. If a newsletter is introduced, subscribing will be optional. This policy will be updated to explain which mailing provider is used, what information is collected, how it is protected, and how to unsubscribe.
Future analytics or optional cookies
Analytics and optional cookies are not active. They will not be introduced without first updating this policy to explain what is changing, why the technology is used, what information it processes, and which privacy choices are available. Any required consent controls will also be added before those services are enabled.
Future utilities and policy changes
New utilities must accurately describe their own data practices. Material changes to the platform’s privacy behavior will be reflected here before the related feature or service is activated.
