Acceptance of These Terms
Nichessities is operated by Joseph Simon Simbulan as an individual. By accessing or using Nichessities, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You may use Nichessities for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the intended operation of the platform. You are responsible for the information you enter, the choices you make, and compliance with laws and obligations that apply to you.
Prohibited Conduct

Nichessities branding, content, designs, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership to you.
